Everyday I drive down the roads near Granite Falls, Washington.  Each day I see people pulled over by the police or sheriff for speeding or some other traffic infraction and I know most of those people will simply pay their ticket without fighting it.  Why are people wasting so much money in Granite Falls?

Fighting a traffic ticket is easy!  Doing it yourself is not.  Hire a lawyer to fight the ticket for you.  It’s less expensive than paying the ticket and your chances of success go through the roof.

Let me explain why it’s cheaper to hire an attorney than pay the ticket.  There are two costs to a traffic infraction for a moving offense (like speeding): the price of the ticket itself and the increased cost of insurance.  Take, for example, a speeding ticket for $124.  The hidden expense is increased insurance rates.  How much is the increase?  Call your agent and ask.  If it’s higher than $75, you just saved some money – maybe a whole lot of money.

What about the cost of hiring a lawyer?  Won’t that erase any savings?  The answer is no.  Attorney Craig Cahoon will fight your ticket for a flat fee of $199 and he only gets paid if he can get your ticket thrown out or amended down to a non-moving offense, since non-moving offenses won’t hurt your insurance rates.

Saving money doesn’t have to be hard.  Let someone who knows what they’re doing handle it for you.  Since attorneys can appear for you in Court, you don’t even need to take time off of work.
